1. Gameplay
Perfect 50 is an entertainment game built around dividing displayed objects as evenly as possible. Scores, run results, streaks and other game outcomes are part of the game and have no monetary value.
2. Local and online features
Classic Run and Practice are designed to use content shipped with the app. Other features, including Live Run, Global Humiliation or future competitive modes, can depend on remote configuration, downloadable content or online services.
Remote content may be added, changed or retired over time without requiring a new app-store build where the installed version already supports that content type.
3. Anonymous rankings and competitive features
Server-backed modes may use an anonymous installation identifier and generated display name. Rankings are provided for entertainment and may be recalculated, corrected or removed where we identify corruption, bugs, cheating or invalid submissions.
If you delete the app or reset/delete your anonymous game data, ranks or history that depend on that anonymous identity may be lost and may not be recoverable.
4. In-app purchases
Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Digital items are licensed for use inside Perfect 50 and have no cash value. Consumable items may be used up during play. Non-consumable entitlements are restorable only where Apple's systems and the product type support restoration.
Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple's processes and your applicable legal rights.
5. Rewarded ads
Where offered, rewarded ads are optional. The reward and its effect are shown before you choose to watch the ad. Availability can vary by region, network state or advertising inventory.
6. Content and updates
We may add new objects, run packs, balancing changes, game rules, cosmetic presentation or online features. We may also withdraw content or online services where necessary. A supported app version may occasionally be required for compatibility, security or new server-backed functionality.
7. Fair play
Do not manipulate server-backed results, tamper with competitive submissions, impersonate another player or deliberately exploit a vulnerability to distort rankings or rewards. We may invalidate affected results or restrict online features where reasonably necessary to protect the game.
8. Studio terms still apply
The Gemmein Studio Terms of Use apply alongside these game-specific terms. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
