1. What stays on your phone
Most gameplay data is local to your device. This includes your cuts, run records, streaks, medals, personal bests and settings. Deleting the app can remove local gameplay data that has not been backed by a platform feature or server-backed service.
2. What Perfect 50 collects
Anonymous install ID
The app generates a random identifier. It is not your name, email address, Apple ID, device ID or advertising ID. It lets server-backed modes distinguish one anonymous installation from another.
Global Humiliation attempts
For Global Humiliation, we record the challenge date, how the cut divided the object and the time taken so the global result and leaderboard can work.
Assigned display name
A server-generated display name may be assigned for public leaderboard entries. You do not choose it and it is not derived from your real-world identity.
Diagnostics
If an object fails to load or the game cannot reach a service, we may receive a short error code, relevant technical detail, object identifier and app version so we can diagnose the failure.
3. Rewarded advertising
Perfect 50 may offer rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google may process device, network and ad-interaction information to serve and measure advertising.
Where required, a consent interface will be shown before personalised advertising. iOS tracking permission, where requested by an advertising provider, can be declined without blocking core gameplay.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Gemmein Limited does not receive your full payment-card details. The game receives only the purchase information needed to deliver or restore the relevant item or entitlement.
5. Why we process this data
Anonymous server identifiers, Global Humiliation attempts, assigned names and necessary diagnostics are processed where required to provide the feature or on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the game. Personalised advertising is used only where the required consent has been obtained.
6. Where data goes
Perfect 50's game backend is hosted using Supabase in the EU. Advertising services can operate globally and may process information outside the UK or EEA under their own transfer safeguards and privacy terms.
7. Retention
- Leaderboard and Global Humiliation records may be retained so historical results remain part of the game.
- Diagnostics are retained only for the period reasonably needed to diagnose and monitor failures.
- An assigned display name is retained for as long as server-backed attempts linked to that anonymous install ID remain.
8. Delete your data
Where the current app build provides Settings → Delete All My Data, using it deletes server-backed leaderboard history, assigned display name and diagnostics linked to the installation, resets the anonymous installation identity, and clears local gameplay data controlled by the app.
You can also email privacy@gemmein.com. Because the game does not collect your email as a player identity, we may need the anonymous identifier shown inside the app to locate server-backed records.
9. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Some rights depend on the processing and whether the anonymous records can be linked to the identifier you provide.
10. Children
Perfect 50 is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
11. Changes
If the way Perfect 50 handles data materially changes, this page will be updated and, where appropriate, the game will provide a notice.
