These terms apply to Gemmein Studio products operated by Gemmein Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17339623), unless an individual product says otherwise.

Games and experiments

Gemmein Studio releases games, experiments and other consumer software. Features, content, availability and pricing may change over time.

No account required by default

Some products may work entirely or mainly on your device. Where no account exists, Gemmein Limited may not be able to restore device-only progress after deletion, reinstall, device loss or replacement.

Purchases

Purchases in Apple apps are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to the relevant App Store rules. Consumable items, permanent unlocks and subscriptions may behave differently. The product will describe what is being purchased before checkout.

Game content

Cases, puzzles, dialogue, ratings, humour and other entertainment content are provided for entertainment. Some content may be fictional, generated, edited or curated.

Service misuse

You must not deliberately disrupt, overload, interfere with or misuse Gemmein Limited's services.

Fair use and availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue a game or feature. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
