Gemmein Studio is a product studio operated by Gemmein Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17339623). Our default approach is simple: if a product does not need an account, we do not ask you to create one.
This starter site does not enable a third-party analytics provider or set analytics cookies. We may add lightweight analytics later to understand things such as page views, game-card clicks and App Store clicks. If we do, this notice will be updated to name the provider and describe what is collected.
Accounts
Our games may operate without user accounts. Where an app works locally, game state such as progress, streaks, settings or scores may remain on the device rather than being tied to a Gemmein account.
Game content and network requests
Some games may request cases, levels, notices, configuration or other content from services operated by Gemmein Limited. Standard technical information needed to deliver those requests may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers.
Purchases
Digital purchases made through an Apple app are processed by Apple using its in-app purchase systems. Gemmein Limited does not receive your payment-card details from Apple.
Advertising and analytics inside apps
Individual games may use advertising, crash reporting or analytics tools. The App Store privacy information and this policy will be updated as products ship and as those services are added. We will not describe a game as collecting no data if a third-party SDK collects data on its behalf.
Local data and deletion
Deleting an app may remove locally stored progress, streaks, settings and other device-only game state. Some Apple purchases are restorable under Apple's rules; consumable purchases may not be restorable in the same way.
Changes
We expect this policy to evolve as Gemmein Studio releases new products. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
